Good afternoon! Here’s a quick update in thinking for the storm Tuesday into Wednesday across the Northeast. In general, it will be a warm storm with plentiful rainfall, but the leading edge of precipitation on Tuesday can be wintry in interior areas to start. I have more information on this in the video below. Here’s the impact map for the storm early next week.

Also of note, a few snow showers will occur tomorrow morning across northeastern Ohio into northern PA. A few sprinkles and flurries may sneak into southern New England during the day tomorrow as well with temperatures above the freezing mark. Accumulations look minimal in northern PA and Ohio, mainly under 1 inch. Here’s the forecast radar late tonight into tomorrow morning.

The video below explains some impacts that can be expected from the storm early next week including snow, ice, rain, and gusty winds. I will update my thinking coming up here during the day tomorrow if anything changes. Have a great day! ~Ed
