Central Plains Forecast Update: Drying out mid-week – few late week/weekend storm risks.

Key Points – Tuesday, August 22, 2017:

Synopsis: Good Tuesday morning!  Very heavy rains have targeted western Iowa, eastern Kansas, and central/northern Missouri over the past 24 hours.  Storms continue to work into southeast Kansas and southern Missouri this morning and gradually weakening.  A cold front continues to move through the region, bringing in drier and cooler conditions.  Very nice weather settles in over the next few days, with late week storm chances targeting the western portions of the region.  Details in this morning’s video.  Have a blessed day, and let us know if you have any questions!
