9:10 PM ET Update:
BOTTOM LINE: Fog and freezing fog will continue to develop over your region tonight and into the morning hours. Fog is expected to be dense with visibilities of less than one mile at times from the 9 PM ET – 9 AM timeframe. Watch for potential slick spots on elevated surfaces and bridges/overpasses as air temperatures will be below freezing. Fog will begin to dissipate around 9AM with general improvements in visibility by 11 AM.
