Remaining rainfall guidance as we go throughout the day today is below…favoring especially from West Plains, Poplar Bluff to Cape Girardeau from an additional ~0.75-1.5″. An isolated heavy/strong storm can’t be fully ruled out there as well:

In the video we mentioned the risk for some patchy dense fog risks, noted by the black colors in the image below with indicates lower visibility potential; where skies clear, winds get calm certainly we favor some patchy fog risks given all of the moisture recently:
