Here is our latest thinking regarding areas that have the highest threats of seeing snow accumulation. We want to make it clear that this is a threat map and not a snowfall totals map. As a reminder, we are still over 40+ hours out from the real beginning of this system, so despite what you may have seen floating around social media today in regards to snow totals, it is quite early to be putting totals on a map. Much of this event will be with temps right around that 31-34F mark and that has big impacts on how models handle snowfall output so any totals that you see are almost guaranteed to change this far out:
