Snow showers & flurries will wrap into the northern half of the state Thursday afternoon & evening – thinking 1-4pm CT the changeover will take over from west to east over the area. Above freezing temps (while most of it falls) + strong winds will generally keep anything from being able to stick. Pockets of dustings on roofs/cars/grass would be possible. Given the wind and lighter nature of the snow, that should limit impacts.
