Video today touches on possible damaging winds tonight along with the rain.
Total rainfall for the rest of today.
Here is a closer look at simulated radar from 10 PM Monday through 7 PM Tuesday. There is potential for some accumulating snow across northwest portions of the area. Will need to keep a close eye on this as models have trended weaker with this system, but have shifted the snow potential south and east.
Here is a look at modeled snowfall accumulation through 7 PM Tuesday. This would fall late Monday/ early Tuesday. Still some uncertainty on exact placement of this potential accumulation snow. For the most part, Freeport looks to be far enough south at the moment to receive much in the way of accumulation. We will need to keep a close eye on trends to see if this can trend a touch south. The model below has the far northwestern areas getting light accumulation around 2″.
Our next storm works in coming in as 2 waves really Tues-Thurs look awfully wet and very windy. There is still much uncertainty regarding this system but it could bring snow to the Freeport area late Thursday into early Friday. Will need monitor closely.
