Any one particular location will be at risk for gusts of up to 26 – 28 knots (mainly N of Morgan’s Point)South of Morgan’s Point can see peek gusts up to 28 – 33 knots. Highest gusts can occur at the entrance of the Galveston Bay at 11/12 and the Boarding Station. Wind gusts this AM can reach up to 32 – 37 knots.
