Update Video:
Here is a look at simulated radar from 4 AM Saturday through 12 AM Sunday. This will mostly be rain with some pockets of wet snow mixing in at times.
Here is a look at rainfall accumulations through 12 AM Sunday. Areas south of I-70 have the highest potential to see some accumulating rainfall.
Here is a look at snowfall potential through midnight. Accumulations will be hard to come by as temperatures will be too warm.
Here is a look at temperatures from 12 PM tomorrow through 5 AM tomorrow morning. Note that the temperatures look to remain above freezing as this system passes. This will limit snowfall accumulations for most areas. Areas most likely to see potential accumulation will be across the eastern IN where some precipitation can linger slightly longer and work with some slightly cooler temperatures. Even in these areas across eastern IN, pavement issues are not anticipated with accumulations staying on grassy/ elevated surfaces. Temperatures drop to below freezing tomorrow night/ Sunday morning, but due to the lighter precipitation anticipated and wind gust ~15 mph, refreeze risk will be very minimal. Sheltered areas and areas that can retain moisture will be at the highest risk for a refreeze.
Based off the latest data, no impacts are anticipated for the Kokomo area.
