Reds Forecast Update (6/27/17):

Synopsis: Good Tuesday morning! Below is the latest forecast update regarding each home game this week through Sunday. Still expecting very nice weather Tuesday and Wednesday at the ballpark, expecting storm coverage to increase Thursday evening, with Friday into Saturday being the days with the highest possibility for storms impacting operations. If you have any questions, please let us know!

Latest Weekly Forecast Outlook:

Tuesday/Wednesday: Not expecting any weather-related hazards over the next 2 days, skies will be mostly sunny with comfortable temperatures.

Thursday: Latest data continues to indicate an evening storm risk that could potential impact the game here; we’ve brought the storm chance to a scattered 30% coverage at this time with peaks of sunshine. With that being said, the winds will be gusty out of the south-southwest gusting at times up to 35mph. Cannot rule out a weather-related delay here.

Friday: Expecting the highest storm coverage of the games this week at ~50% right now, noted below you can see we have plenty of energy (top right image) for storms, skies will look to be mostly cloudy with winds gusting up to ~30 mph. A weather-related delay will be possible.

Saturday: The cold front will slowly be tracking south and east on Saturday, still expecting ~40% chance of scattered storms by gametime, mostly cloudy skies and winds gusting up to ~20mph at times. A weather-related delay cannot be ruled out here.

Sunday: For the most part expecting Sunday to feature some sunshine, however we notice some energy in the area near the ballpark so we’ve placed a ~20% chance for an isolated storm by gametime and winds gusting up to ~20mph at times. Although it’s a lower risk, a weather-related delay cannot be ruled out at this time for Sunday’s game.

We hope you have a terrific Tuesday, if you have any questions in regards to the forecast please let us know!
