Today’s Video:
Good Thursday morning everyone! Overall most of the day today is on the drier side, but scattered showers will begin to creep into the picture from the outer-bands of Major Hurricane Dorian as we push into tonight. These will begin to increase especially as we work into the late morning and early afternoon hours tomorrow leading to a more widespread coverage of rain – and perhaps a few storms – in the area. However, we may have a window of drier time (sprinkles/pockets of light rain remain possible) as we work into your game. Here’s a look at the simulated radar from 8PM tonight through 8AM Saturday: Rainfall looks to be on the lighter side here in New Jersey but a solid 0.1 – 0.25″ seems likely – isolated 0.5″ amounts.
Winds look to gust at 25 to isolated 35 MPH throughout the day tomorrow.
After Dorian moves east and a front passes overnight Friday, we should dry out on Saturday and Sunday leading to very nice conditions for the weekend. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out! Have a great day!
