Good Wednesday morning! Expecting drier conditions across the region today, after scattered showers impacted the area yesterday. We still cannot rule out a very spotty shower or storm this afternoon, but overall it is expected to be a dry day. We should also squeeze out a mainly dry forecast for Thursday afternoon’s game as well!
Today will feature partly cloudy skies once the morning fog dissipates. Temperatures will warm into the lower 80s with moderate humidity. Additional clouds will develop this afternoon, and as mentioned above, we could see a spotty shower pop-up. Coverage should be ~10% or less. The game this evening should be in good shape, with any showers quickly dissipating. Winds will be light out of the north-northwest 5-10 mph.
Thursday will feature mainly cloudy skies as the remnants of Harvey gradually move further north. We cannot rule out a sprinkle or light shower creeping into the area from the south, but think this is a low chance. Temperatures should warm to near 80 during the game, with north-northeast winds 5-10 mph.
Have a great day, and let us know if you have any questions!
