Good Saturday Morning everyone!
We are looking at another nice day of weather for your game this evening. We are expecting dry conditions today, however the one thing we will want to watch is the sea breeze as we work into the afternoon. This should stay off to your east, but will be something worth at least keeping an eye on as we see converging winds that could spark something:
High temps look to be in the mid 80s today:
Winds will be out of the NW at 5 to 10 mph:
As we work into tomorrow, we are watching for some scattered showers and storms to be in the area, but should be focused further west. We cannot rule out some stray showers lingering and pushing toward Trenton, but right now we are favoring dry conditions for your game on Sun:
Another way to look at this is to look at upper level energy. The darker oranges/reds are showing more upper level energy that supports precip. This is also aligning with the thought that most of the activity should stay to the west:
Highs tomorrow look to be a touch cooler, we are favoring low to mid 80s. This model may be a few degrees too cool. Winds will be out of the NE at 5 to 10 mph :
A look at precip out through the end of your game on Sunday evening. As mentioned, we are favoring for dry conditions today and tomorrow as we think the bulk of activity will stay to the west:
We will be keeping an eye on radar and will let you know if we see anything! Please reach out with any questions you have and have a great rest of the day!
