Good Monday morning!  Here are some brief weather notes for the week ahead.  

Storm activity today will be rather isolated in nature, and overall not too active next 2 days for most.  A storm complex looks to develop in eastern Colorado this evening and will have to watch for this to “clip” far western and especially southwest counties in Kansas 9pm-3am MDT.  

Forecast radar from 4PM Tuesday-1PM Wednesday is shown below.  Energy aloft will start to dive into Nebraska Tuesday evening and ramp up the storm chances there, and much of Nebraska will be in play for scattered storms overnight Tuesday and again Wednesday, including western/northern Iowa and perhaps northwest Kansas.

Active pattern will start across the western Plains Thursday then build east Friday-Sunday.
