Similar pattern for Wednesday.  Isolated activity is possible in the morning, but your odds are greater of receiving scattered storms from 3-7pm.  Notice how the activity is hit and miss, with more of a focus in portions of central Kansas as well as south-central Missouri.

Wind forecast guidance over the next 4 days:

Independence Day may begin with scattered showers and storms in eastern Kansas into western Missouri, with this disturbance acting to spark a few additional storms in Missouri Thursday PM.  Overall, mostly just popcorn showers/storms with peak heating.  Many areas also stay dry.  

As we head through Friday, a higher signal for storm activity in Missouri as a cluster of storms may develop and track into that general area.
