Although no weather models continue this wave currently in SE SD into SW Minnesota, the energy aloft would support this continuing, although possibly weakening, into areas from Worthington, possibly as east as Mankato / Fairmont:

Brief snapshot of anticipated precipitation areas late tonight into early Saturday morning…we may need to fine-tune these exact areas and timeframes within a couple hours with a short-term update this afternoon:

Anticipated rainfall guidance into Saturday morning is below…localized pockets of 0.5-1.5″ will be possible from near Sioux Falls through SW parts of MN and ~0.5-1″ across southern to SE MN as well. Other areas across North Dakota will see a very scattered-about 0.25-0.75″:
