The Storm Prediction Center has issued a slight risk for severe weather for the majority of Minnesota and extreme eastern portions of South Dakota with an enhanced risk in central eastern Minnesota.  The primary risk is high winds, especially in the enhanced region in eastern Minnesota.  Hail will also be possible and an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
