Good morning!  Staying dry again today as we enjoy pleasant temperatures and low humidity.  Late tonight, there may be an isolated shower, but dry air will hold strong to limit this.  Tuesday is overall dry too.  There is a chance of something very isolated.  Our next real threat for rain (& storms) comes Tuesday night into early Wednesday.   A few severe storms are possible as a cluster of showers and storms will tend to develop and work into the area.

All eyes on late week into the weekend as a slow cut-off low pressure moves toward the area, and a tropical disturbance merges with it in Texas.  We’ll have a lingering boundary over the area late week, then this system will ((slowly)) work into and through the area Friday-Sunday.  We feel precipitation could trend heavier in the circled area given the lingering boundary late week combined with this slow, cut-off system.  Here is the forecast precipitation next 7 days:
