Good morning everyone! We are keeping watching some additional showers just lingering around the area this morning from the overnight wave. These should continue to push eastward this morning and drier conditions will begin to takeover. There could be a few scattered showers this afternoon but we anticipate these to stay north. The next rain chance doesn’t arrive until the weekend with a wave possible late Friday evening into Friday night — but we anticipate this wave to be after your game at this time.
The better chance of rain/storms will likely come late Saturday evening and Saturday night with a better area of energy associated with a strong upper-level low diving into the area.
