Rainfall over the past 72 hours observed across the area:

Forecast radar from 12pm CT to 1AM CT tonight shows the development of scattered showers and storms across the area this afternoon, especially for North Dakota as well as portions of east-central Minnesota.  Most of these will dissipate after 10pm.  

Tuesday, we’ll have a dry day for many, with a widely scattered storm risk across northeast North Dakota through northern Minnesota.

We’ll have a few more storm risks mid to late week as upper-level disturbances move through.  Best storm risks Wednesday will be across South Dakota, then Thursday chances will be higher across Minnesota.  Here is the rainfall accumulation forecast Wednesday-Friday….don’t take this as exact for your location but a general idea.
