Tonight a wave of energy and moisture will be moving through the area bringing the potential for torrential downpours. This will put southern Minnesota and eastern South Dakota in a slight risk for flash flooding. Rainfall totals will be between 1-2″ for the majority of this regions with localized pockets of 3-4+” expected.
