The SPC has issued a slight risk for severe weather for a majority of Nebraska on Thursday. The rest of NE not included in the slight risk has been placed in the marginal risk along with the NW portions of KS:
There is also a slight risk for severe weather in E Nebraska and extreme NE KS. The marginal risk extends into the central parts of both NE and KS:
Rainfall guidance for the next 60 hours (thru 1 PM Friday). As mentioned in the video, there is the possibility for a stronger storm cluster to develop in SE KS Thursday evening into Friday morning. The exact location still needs to be ironed out, but there is certainly the potential for locally higher amounts:
