Forecast radar from 8am EDT to 10pm EDT shows the heavy rain continuing across central Iowa this morning, then activity should diminish there for the second half of the day. Missouri will see scattered afternoon pop-up storms. Energy pushing into the western Plains will bring a few storms this evening/tonight…best chance in western Nebraska.
