Latest severe storm outlook….portions of northeast Iowa have been included in a slight severe risk as a cold front sweeps through tonight associated with a storm system in the upper Midwest. Still watching for a few severe storms across southern/southwest Kansas. Hail and wind are the main threats today.
Forecast radar from 2pm CDT this afternoon to 3pm CDT Wednesday:
Accumulated rainfall from this afternoon through 7pm CDT Wednesday. Pockets of 1-2″ across central/southern Kansas where the storms form. Storms tonight over northeast Iowa may drop a quick 0.1″ to 0.5″ in spots, but totals should be light/scattered in nature up there.
