Amazing changes ahead today as drier air surges in, and our Monday afternoon brings abundant sun, a breezy northwest wind, and temps in the 70s.  Tonight we’ll drop in the 50s with clear skies and lightening winds.   

Tuesday looks great!  A shower chance may try to sneak into northwest areas late in the day, with shower risks increasing across the northwest Tuesday night, then increasing across the state Wednesday afternoon and evening.  This risk exits the state by daybreak Thursday, with sunshine returning along with a reinforced round of pleasant air.  Here is how much rain to expect Tuesday night-wednesday night:

Dry weather Thursday should carry into most of Friday, then more heavier rain chances return for the weekend as a front sets up across the area.  Rain totals into early next week get quite high again:
