Forecast radar shows heavy rains continuing to increase across central and southern Minnesota through the day, with widespread showers across eastern South Dakota.
After 6pm, we’ll begin to see wet snowflakes mix in across the Duluth area and south-central Minnesota. The snow will be more concentrated closer to Lake Superior. Through the night, 1-3″ wet snow potential across portions of east-central Minnesota, especially toward the Wisconsin/U.P Michigan border where isolated higher is possible.
