IA Video:
Some generally light precip will be possible late tonight into the early morning hours of tomorrow. Overall, these will not accumulate to much with only a few hundredths of an inch to locally around 0.2″. Because of the scattered nature and dry lower levels, most can stay dry. The second half of Monday looks dry as does most of the day on Tuesday. However, late Tuesday into Wednesday, storms are expected to dive from North to South. Some of these storms could be locally strong to severe with locally heavy rainfall. Here is a look at simulated radar from 7 PM Tuesday through 1 PM Wednesday. Note that storms can likely persist into Wednesday morning/ afternoon further to the south. More details discussed in the video.
Breezy conditions also develop tomorrow. Here is a look at the sustained winds around 3 PM tomorrow. Gust around 35 MPH will be possible.
