Here is a look at simulated radar from 11 AM today through 1 PM tomorrow. There will be quite a bit of dry air in place, so while the radar may show some returns, much of the moisture will struggle to hit the ground. Only a few sprinkles will be possible. Areas into southern IA will have the best chance to see some light rain with minor accumulations. The same is true with any radar returns for tomorrow morning. There will be much dry air in place to overcome with maybe a few sprinkles possible. Tomorrow is expected to be mainly dry. More details in the video.
Here is a look at preferred rainfall amounts out through tomorrow. Model below may even be slightly too agressive/ widespread with any precipitation. Most see trace amounts to nothing at all. Areas into southern IA have the best chance to see amounts approach ~0.2″.
