5-14-19 Round Rock Express: Targeting isolated storm chances, better rain/storm chances this weekend. B.

Today’s Video:

Good Tuesday morning everyone! There is a storm to our northwest, but we generally expect it to weaken prior to reaching the Round Rock area this morning. Here’s a look at the current radar:

We could still see a few pop ups this afternoon/evening but we will otherwise stay dry and warm. These storms will be very hit or miss and even if one pops up over you, it will likely be brief.

We will see the risk for similar pop-ups tomorrow afternoon and evening before we see nice weather for the end of the work-week with temperatures in the mid-80s and nice weather for your games. A smaller chance of a pop-up is possible on these days as well but chances are high that you remain dry. However, as we work into Saturday, we continue to watch for the risk of a line of strong to potentially severe storms working from west to east along a front which could impact near the first pitch Saturday evening. We’ll be closely keeping an eye on the timing of this system for potential impacts for your game.
