Today’s video:
Total precipitation guidance over the next 6o hours is below…with the upper-level low pressure system hanging around for most of us today, we will see widely scattered totals of ~0.05-0.15″ (localized 0.2-0.3″ possible):
We start to really increase our temps beyond Wednesday this week (see images below) as a ridge starts to works its way in…we also see an early model signal for a possible storm cluster late Thursday night into Friday morning for us. Now, it’s still at a good distance and is no guarantee but this resembles a lot of that “Northwest Flow” signal we see a lot mid-summer where a storm cluster (MCS) can ride the northern edge of the ridge from Iowa all the way into the Ohio Valley that needs watched closely; check back often for updates on this risk:
Check out these temps from normal especially in the 5-10 day timeframe…start to become much above normal here feeling a lot like June!
