Total precipitation through Friday AM: Most of this falls from the afternoon through tonight:

Wind forecast over the next 4 days:  Breezy Friday and again Saturday afternoon into early Sunday.

While a spotty shower is possible through mid-afternoon Friday, we’ll see increasing sunshine, with dry conditions Friday evening and night.  Next round of showers arrives mainly 3pm to midnight Saturday PM/night.  The rains will be light for most.  Totals only around a tenth inch or so along I-70, less than a tenth for southern Indiana, with higher amounts the further north you go.  Up to a half-inch is possible in northern Indiana.  Sunday will be a dry and cool day.

Pattern is active next week, with rain chances every day from Monday through at least Thursday with several rounds of showers and storms, possibly some severe risks at times.   A wavy frontal boundary will lead to huge differences in temperatures from north to south as well.  There will be days where it’s 80º in southern Indiana and only 50º north.  Rain amounts through late next week (which includes the rains tonight) will put totals over the next 7-8 days in the 2-4″ range.
