Quick update on the potential for a slick spot/ refreeze for tonight/ Sat AM. The area circled in red has the highest chances of seeing an iso slick spot or two on any wet, untreated pavement as temps look to drop into the upper 20s (27-29F). While we do not think this will be a widespread refreeze, a few slick spots can’t be ruled out. Winds will be rather calm and won’t aid much in drying out pavement. Areas out of the red circle likely stay 30-33F and while the slick spot chance isn’t 0, we are not overly concerned with widespread refreeze risks.
