4-14-18 Reds Forecast

Good Saturday morning!  The morning is starting off dry and warm.  Latest trends suggests most of the morning may be dry as the rain stays focused just west.  It does appear likely as we get closer to noon to about 2pm, a wave of showers and possibly an isolated thunderstorm will impact the Ball Park.  Going through mid and late afternoon, expect several lulls in the rain, but there will still likely be pesky showers in the area.  More widespread rains build in overnight tonight beyond 10pm and continues through the first half of Sunday.  A consensus of the data moves the majority of the rain east of Cincinnati by 3 to 4pm Sunday.  A delayed Sunday game looks to be nearly a given at this point.  We may be able to squeeze in the game late afternoon depending on how quickly the rain exits.  That said, rain totals of 1-2″ look very likely, and I can’t rule out isolated higher amounts.  The video dives into the details.  Have a great day, and let us know if you have any questions!
