Good Friday morning! Still expecting a nice evening ahead with windy conditions. Watching for gusts 20-30 mph during the evening. Still watching for rain this weekend. Latest data brings in showers 9-3pm across the area…then works in a drier trend beyond 3pm through about 8pm Saturday. This is a window where I feel the game can be played if it needs delayed. Rain showers will be become widespread overnight Saturday, and data keeps the rain around for much of Sunday. Data still varies on how quickly to push the rain out Sunday afternoon…a consensus of the data shows the rain exiting ~4pm Sunday. As mentioned in the video, there is a threat for heavy rain overnight Saturday into Sunday, with 1″ looking very likely….and the possibility to see 2-3″ with localized higher amounts given the slow moving storm.
