Overnight rain will work out by the pre-dawn hours on Tuesday with only a couple of lingering sprinkles possible before the sun comes up. As the mobile study trip begins, temperatures will be around 40F with cloudy conditions but precipitation will have worked east. The main concern will again be wind with frequent gusts of 30 MPH throughout the morning hours with sustained winds around 15 MPH. This will lead to wind chills in the low-mid 30s in the morning hours. The winds will gradually weaken throughout the day with gusts only to 20 MPH in the afternoon hours. The sun likely makes an appearance towards the end of the trip with temperatures in the mid-40s.
