Here is a look at the current hazards across the the central US. Much of eastern/ northern KS is under a Red Flag Warning due to the stronger winds and the drier conditions in place.

Here is a look at the sustained winds around 3 PM. Sustained winds around 20 MPH will be possible across northeast Kansas.
