3-11-20 500 Festival Education Program: Cool start to tomorrow. Cloudy but rain likely holds off until the evening.

Good morning everyone. Tomorrow could start off with some patchy fog in the area, but otherwise there are no major weather concerns for tomorrow’s trip. We’ll keep an eye on the late afternoon hours, but it’s likely the shower/sprinkle chance holds off until the evening after the program is over. I’ve attached a simulated radar for 3 and 5PM EDT below:

Here is tomorrow’s hourly forecast:

Forecast Blurb:

Cool conditions in the morning combined with some low-level moisture could produce some patchy fog in the early morning hours. However, as the study trip gets underway, it’s likely that any fog around the area will start to dissipate. High clouds will hang around most of the day but temperatures will still likely warm from the upper-30s to mid-50s into the afternoon. Winds will be rather steady throughout the day with gusts to 20 MPH in the afternoon. Precipitation likely holds off for the program, but we’ll need to watch closer to 4-5 PM for the risk of some light isolated showers in the area.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. Have a great day.
