A check on radar this morning shows a large area of moderate to heavy rainfall across the I70 corridor this morning and will persist the next few hours. A break in the heavy rain after lunch before heavy rain and gusty storms move in late tonight.

Its important to note this is not an outbreak of severe weather and the risk is on the lower side but experience with these fronts in Indiana tells me we cannot ignore the isolated brief tornado threat south of I70 late tonight while we are sleeping.
