2-11-20 Tovar SE Wisconsin PM: Updated thoughts on accumulating snowfall potential tomorrow. K.

Today’s video:

Anticipated snowfall totals through 6amCT Thursday (this does not fully include lake-enhanced snow on the backside of the low pressure system that’ll likely add additional light accumulating snowfall to the area). With the high pressure system strengthening on guidance and the low pressure system weakening, the total precipitation shield has shrunk, and so have our total snowfall totals. Also, surface temps will probably be 35-37F prior to the on-set of the snow, so quite a bit of melting on pavement is going to be likely. So what falls from the sky and what accumulates on pavement could be 50% less.
