Total snowfall accumulations are below, very close to what we mentioned in this morning’s updates. Pavement impacts looking to overall be minimal given warm surface temps from Dubuque to Davenport to Madison, WI and points east (grassy/elevated light accumulations are possible in spots can’t be ruled out given heavy snowfall rates):
Overnight low temps tonight definitely get very chilly, but right now we are not expecting widespread refreeze risks for most surfaces given the winds persisting and this being a quick hitting pulse of precipitation. Sheltered areas cannot be 100% ruled out for an isolated slick spot, however:
