Synopsis: Good afternoon! Light snow will spread into the area between 4-8am, and the most widespread snow showers will continue through 10-11AM. The entire area will see light snow accumulation and the snow will stick with temperatures in the 20s as the snow moves in. Additional areas of flurries and light snow showers in the afternoon with lake-effect snow bands possibly affecting northern portions of the area…perhaps Kokomo, Frankfort, then east towards Muncie. Some sun breaks and temps near freezing will help road conditions in the afternoon, but need to watch early evening as temperatures tank with additional flurries and light snow especially across the Greenfield district. It will be a gusty day with winds gusting up to 30mph during the afternoon, shifting from southwest to northwest. Details in the video below!
