12-23-17 Saturday Vincennes/Seymour Districts Update on Christmas Eve snowfall. N.

Synopsis: Good Saturday afternoon! We continue to see rain transitioning to snow showers across the area this morning, with the moisture quickly exiting from west to east this afternoon.  All eyes are on our Christmas Eve disturbance expected to deliver snow showers and some accumulations.  We will be watching for a band of snowfall near I-70 areas and north tomorrow morning, but the rest of the area will see the bulk of the snow showers work in from west to east mid to late afternoon.  Current thinking is 3-8pm for our main time-frame to see snow showers working across southern Indiana.  Temperatures initially above freezing, but fall sharply Sunday evening leading to slick roadway concerns!  All of southern Indiana will see snow showers and some light accumulations, with more accumulation the further north you are.  *Watch the video below for detailed analysis.*  We will have another update out by 9PM EST.  Have a great afternoon, and let us know if you have any questions!
