12-15-17 Friday Vincennes/Seymour Districts Forecast

Synopsis: Good Friday morning! Other than a stray flurry/sprinkle, we should see dry conditions today with highs generally in the 30s.  Clouds clear out tonight, then expecting a sunny day on Saturday.  Big warming trend tomorrow with highs for many in the upper 40s/low 50s.  We look to remain very mild into late next week, with several days of highs in the 50s!  A weak system will bring light rain on Sunday, but only around a tenth inch of rain expected.  Relatively quiet pattern until late next week, with a strong cold front expected to pass through by next Friday.  This will set-up a much colder pattern by Christmas weekend and beyond, and we continue to monitor the potential of a winter storm set-up around Christmas.  Still wide solutions in the models from suppressing the strong track further south and keeping us dry, to placing us within the storm track with mixed precipitation.  Bottom-line, we will need to monitor the trends on next weekend’s set-up.  Have a great day, and let us know if you have any questions!
