Here is a look at simulated radar from 6 AM Friday through 6 AM Saturday.
Here is a look at temperatures during the same time. Notice that temperatures generally stay above 32 F as the snow is falling which will limit pavement issues. Accumulations on grassy / elevated surfaces will be possible.
Will need to watch for another wave on Saturday, mainly across SE Nebraska. Will have to fine tune as we get closer as there is still some model differences. Here is a look at the European model around 3 PM on Saturday.
We need to keep an eye on another system on Sunday into Monday. There are still some model discrepancies regarding this system as well. The image below shows the GFS and European models on Monday morning.
