A look at the latest favored forecast guidance from 4 AM CT through 9 AM CT tomorrow morning. We are still favoring downtown Chicago and points north not to see accumulation from this. A few flurries cannot be ruled out, but accumulation is not expected at this time. The best chances at seeing a light coating from this are from Davenport to Peoria:
Temps from 6 to 11 AM. We will certainly be below freezing during this time so our snow will be more on the light/fluffy side of things:
Current favored totals- as discussed in previous updates we still think this brief pulse of snow could produce up to a light coating of snow from the Davenport area to the Peoria areas as models are suggesting overall less than 0.5 inches. There may be a few isolated spots that can reach 0.5-1 inch, but think this will be very isolated and would have the best chance of occurring near the Davenport areas.
