Synopsis: Good afternoon! Today’s video is an update from this morning in terms of the lake effect snowfall potential through Friday morning, not much in the way of change. Timeframe is still ~1a-10a from east to west as the winds start out of the northwest and transition to northeast. Accumulations of 1-3″ will be possible across the Northwest 3 counties with localized 4″ cannot be ruled out across locations close to the lake in La Porte County. We do anticipate there to be plentiful sunshine as the lake effect band pushes from west to east on Friday morning which would help melt any accumulations quickly.
