11-9-17 Ft. Wayne District Forecast

Thursday, November 9, 2017 Ft. Wayne District

Synopsis: We get gusty today with a northerly wind gusting up to 20-25 mph at times, but the bigger story is the lake effect snow potential tonight into early Friday morning with a northwest breeze off of the lake bringing light accumulations possible and a few slick surfaces. Our next precipitation chance comes later Sunday into the predawn hours of Monday…the concern is growing because temps dip into the upper 20s to lower 30s behind this precipitation bringing the opportunity for a refreeze and slippery surfaces early Monday morning. If you have questions please let us know, have a blessed day! -Kirk
