11-27-19 Tovar SW Wisconsin (12:30 PM): Only a few flurries remaining. MG.

Snow has all but turned off across central Wisconsin as of 12:20 PM CT.  Still have a band of snow by the Eau Claire Region producing some light/ moderate snow.  This area of snow is slowly shifting off to the east and should continue to weaken as a low pressure system departs to the east, and more dry air begins to filter overhead.  In areas where we did accumulate some snowfall, refreeze risk will be possible tonight, as some melting of the snow will be possible with temps getting above freezing during the day.  Temperatures then dive back down below freezing tonight allowing for possible refreeze.  In areas that did not receive accumulating snowfall,  the strong winds should adequately dry up any remaining moisture, minimizing refreeze potential.
