11-19-19 Tovar Freeport-Rockford (3:30amCT): Quick update on this morning’s rain/snow mix. K.

Good morning folks! No change vs what Vince had sent out in the text update late last night. Light accumulations of ~0.1-0.5″ of snow possible on grassy/elevated surfaces in NW IL, NE IA and far SW WI. However, due to surface temps ranging from 32-35F anticipated, as long as treatment is down on the pavement, no snow accumulations are likely on treated surfaces. From 9-10amCT we anticipate a changeover to mostly rain in northern IL (west of the Chicago Metro, highs getting into the lower 40s today. Have a blessed day -Kirk
