Synopsis: Good Wednesday morning! Rain showers are approaching western sections of the area as of 4:30AM CST, and showers will overspread the district this morning through early afternoon. Showers move out late today and we dry out for Thursday with cooler temperatures. Showers return for Friday afternoon, with some gusty showers and storms possible on Saturday as a strong cold front moves through the area. The biggest concern with this system will be the risk for gusty winds. We warm to near 60 Saturday morning, but cool significantly to near 40 for highs by Sunday as dry weather returns. Briefly warmer air by Monday, but data suggests cooler than normal temperatures build in by the Thanksgiving holiday. Details in the video.
